It is finally here! ColdBox 5 RC1 has landed with force! There are so many things to talk about, but we will focus on what RC brings and all the eco-system updates we have been working on. So let's begin this adventure.

We are very excited today to announce the immediate release of our first two extensions for Microsoft Visual Studio Code Our ColdBox Extension is very similar to our Sublime extension but better! I have to admit that VSCode is absolutely great and we have been able to not only release our collection of snippets but give you typeahead and scope recognition in this extension.

We are pleased to announce the general availability of CommandBox 3.9.0.  This is a minor release of our CFML CLI, REPL, Package Manager, and portable server.  3.9 comes with a few new features as well as a nice list of bug fixes and enhancements.

We're wrapping up the release of CommandBox 3.9.0 which is available now as a release candidate.  I'd like to get as many eyes as possible to ensure everything is working good before we finalize the release.

CommandBox 3.7.0-rc is available now for a final round of testing before its final release. There been 51 tickets completed in the last 3 months that bring enhancements to the CLI, TestBox integration, web servers, package management, plus some new stuff called Task Runners!
